About Bailey Kitchell

Bailey joined Stahlhuth Law in 2019 with a primary focus in estate planning and probate and trust administration. Estate planning can be a difficult conversation to navigate, but she believes that it's important for people at any age or stage of life to protect their assets--and their families--by planning ahead. Bailey now joins Bill in assisting Stahlhuth Law clients in a myriad of practice areas.

Bailey graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia's School of Journalism in 2013 with a Bachelor of Journalism and went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2018. Bailey was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2018, and the Illinois Bar in 2019.

Bailey is a proud Mizzou Tiger fan and is involved with the Franklin County Mizzou Alumni Association. She thinks it would be impossible not to bleed black and gold when you work in the same office as Bill! Bailey also sits on the boards of directors for the Community Literacy Foundation, the WINGS Educational Foundation and the Four Rivers Arts Council.

Bailey can often be found on the Washington Riverfront Trail with her dogs, Dolly and Olive, who are also the Stahlhuth Law office mascots. She likes to think her second career is helping her mom run the local bookstore, Neighborhood Reads. When she isn't practicing law or recommending books, Bailey loves a concert and a good latte.
